• SAT-TV, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, and central heating for year-round comfort

Pricing & Availability

Haus Cian is typically rented on a weekly basis, with changeover days on Saturdays. The rates are as follows:

• 2 people: €1,250 per week
• 3 people: €1,450 per week
• 4 people: €1,600 per week

From October to May, except for the Christmas holidays, you can enjoy a shorter stay of at least 3 days, priced at €90 per person per day. Special conditions are also available for regular guests!

• Check-out: Until 11 AM
• All prices include final cleaning, but the local tourist tax is not included.

Arriving from Obertraun:

Before you reach the tunnel, turn right towards the village center. After passing the barrier, continue along Seestrasse, past the church and Heritage Hotel, and you’ll arrive at Haus Cian.

Arriving from the North:

Drive through the tunnel, then turn left towards the village center. Pass the barrier and follow Seestrasse to find Haus Cian.

I think Haus Cian is the perfect place to stay in Hallstatt. Austria. I want to go back and stay here again. I almost don’t want to share how wonderful of a place this truly is. Eva is so easy to work with when booking and arriving. This house is a short, pleasant walk from the center of town. It’s perfectly positioned at Hallstatt’s renowned viewpoint, making it one of the most photographed spots in the area. This prime location lets you soak in panoramic views while capturing the essence of Hallstatt.

From our balcony, we loved watching the Hallstatt visitors directly below us take photos and selfies from the same spot as the iconic images that you see of Hallstatt. I got amazing (I think) images from the balcony of the apartment. I was amazed at the apartment. You can see the amazing view of Evangelische Pfarrkirche Hallstatt from the dining room, living room, balcony, and bed room. You can also see the Alps across the Hallstätter See, as well as the boats coming into and leaving Halstatt.
